On the main screen, click the radio button labeled “By Name, Father’s Name & Mobile No” instead of Assessment ID.
Step 3: Select State, District & City
Select your exact State, District, and City/Urban Local Body (ULB) from the cascading dropdown menus.
Step 4: Enter Personal Verification Details
Type your full Name, Father’s Name, and the 10-digit Mobile Number you provided during initial registration. Ensure the spelling matches your Aadhaar record.
Step 5: Click Submit & Note Your ID
Click ‘Submit’. The system will display your registered profile details along with your unique Assessment ID on screen. Copy and save this ID for future use.
